Young Entrepreneurs On The Rise

I have just come across a very interesting article that is showing the rise in young entrepreneurs in the US. http://www.usatoday.com/money/smallbusiness/2006-12-06-gen-next-entrepreneurs_x.htm
The stats for Australia, which were done back in 2003, show that there is about 50,000 young Australians between 15 - 24 currently running their own business. The US is at about 370,000!
For me the fact that more and more young people around the world are doing it for themselves is fantastic and inspiring. If only I had known about all of this when I was just starting out as a 19 year old!! But that is why we are here now, The FRANK Team to make sure more young australians are encouraged to consider starting their own business!
