The Frank Team has been working
successfully with young people since
2001. We love it!

In that time we have worked with
over 30,000 young people.
It is this experience that you can
draw on when we help you to create
a customised program for your
young people.

It is from our years of experience that
The Frank Team has gained a very
thorough understanding of youth issues.
We have gained this knowledge through
our presentations, workshops and of
course because we ARE young people,
with all of our youth facilitators being
under the age of 35. This understanding
is bought into all of our work with young
people and those that work with them.
It is this understanding and experience
with young people that the organisations
we work with seek from us, and which
make us valuable to them and their needs.

The Frank Team has direct experience in:

  • Developing workshop sessions
    specifically designed for young people
    so that they are engaging,
    encouraging and deliver on outcomes
    s for the client.
  • Delivering and facilitating face to face
    sessions with young people ranging
    in age
    from 10 to 35 years old.
  • Communicating with young people
    on their level.
  • Motivating all participants in a
    program to
    ensure they are all contributing and
    feeling comfortable and confident.
  • Reporting back to clients on projects.
  • Fostering teamwork amongst
    participants who do and don’t know each other.
