Youth - for young people

The FRANK Team's Youth training and resources help schools, universities/colleges, councils, youth organisations and government Australia-wide to inspire and develop young people.

Young people no longer have a career path carved out for them when they leave school, meaningful work is hard to find, and there's just no such thing as a job for life anymore. You're constantly trying to equip the young people you care for with the best opportunities and training you can find to help them reach their potential and find work.

The good news is young people can learn how to create their own career opportunities, job satisfaction and security by developing their enterprise and business skills - so they're equipped to deal with whatever life throws at them.

Most young people experience a 'traditional' education of maths, history and English - all very important subjects - but today, young people also need to know how to be enterprising and 'think' like entrepreneurs - so they can create their own inspiring businesses and community projects, and be more enterprising within their careers and society.

There are so many 'motivational' programs and speakers who can make a great impression on young people. But they don't provide young people with the necessary skills, contacts, and training needed to develop and sustain their careers.

The best investment you can make is to provide young people with the skills-training that develops their ability to create their own career paths.

As young entrepreneurs ourselves, we know what young entrepreneurs and ambitious young people need to forward their ideas. We also know how important enterprise skills are for all young people to plant a seed in their minds for how to achieve real success and genuine satisfaction in their lives.

Since 2001, The FRANK Team has worked with thousands of young people to do just that - developing their enterprise, business and career skills.

Our workshops and resources are highly rated, evaluated, and recommended by a wide variety of metro through to rural schools, universities, local councils, and organisations as diverse as the Department of Education, Science & Training; Department of Tourism, Industry & Resources; Department for Family and Community Services, through to Questacon, The Spastic Centre, and The Benevolent Society. Jessica Schebesta-Kiely was recently a part of a panel for the career website aLife. The panel looked at giving career advice to young people in the current global environment. An interesting conversation that concluded that encouraging young people to get out and get experience, that builds their skills & self knowledge, is the key to these times. Watch it now and enjoy!
