Every young person needs the ability to transition between jobs, promote themselves effectively, create opportunities, have sound e-literacy and start thinking of themselves as their own business. You can prepare your students with the skills needed today and tomorrow, to get the jobs they want throughout their life long careers.

The Frank Team has created a way to give more school students the opportunity to make their career goals a reality. Power Presentations are one hour SET programs that are affordable and effective, to fit into any school day. Taking elements from our half and full day workshop programs, these Power Presentations are quick but powerful.

These are a set of programs that will save you time, help your students in their career decisions and pathways, and keep your students interested and learning in a fun environment.

More than just hype, your students will learn key skills & attitudes needed in the world today - and always in a FRANK and honest way.

Our young presenters are role models who walk the talk & will inspire your students with their stories of challenge, success & making their way in life.

Each program can be delivered as a 30 minute to 1 hour presentation so it is perfect for your careers curriculum, leadership programs & enterprise education projects.

Presentations will challenge your students to think, question and action their ideas.

Warning! Please consider these recommendations before booking

Groups of up to 50 students are preferred to ensure the best learning environment of interactivity and team activities.

If groups of over 50 students are taken then our presentations are lecture-style with less interaction and more discussion and story telling by the presenter. We love the opportunity to deliver our material to as many students as possible, however large groups are quite different and so our usual interactive-workshop style is not possible. Our large group presentations still cover the same material and students get an opportunity to learn the material through individual activities. We also play some games with a few students at the front of the room to bring the material to life.

The Frank Team provides a range of presentations delivered by youth presenters to give your students the confidence & skills they need for their employment and career journeys. Each presentation is designed to be delivered in a one hour format with up to 50 students. Larger groups are possible with presentations delivered in a lecture-style format.

Powerful Impressions - Presentation Outline

Whether your students are going for their first job, or wanting to make a great impression in their work environment they will benefit from becoming aware of how to make powerful impressions. Students will see the impact of their verbal and non verbal communication and how they can gain control of these to leave a lasting positive impact wherever they go. We cover the basics as well as giving students access to the tips and strategies you don't often hear that are particularly relevant to today's career market. The strategies that students will learn could be the difference between a "yes" or "no" when it comes to getting their first job, a promotion or award.

Business YOU - Presentation Outline

It is a reality today that at one point in their careers young people will have to start their own business and to build a successful career today one has to think like an entrepreneur and be enterprising. You may also be aware of some of your students who are super keen about business and ideas and just want to make them happen now.

Inspire your students with the possibility of starting their own business and have them learn how to make their ideas a reality. Through stories and demonstrations they will come to learn what it means to think like an entrepreneur and how that can help them in their lives and careers. They will hear directly from a young person out there right now running their own business.

The FRANK Team was founded and is run by young entrepreneurs. We have a passion for encouraging and empowering other young people to believe in their ideas, get started and build a life they love in control of their own business.

YOU at the WHEEL - Presentation

Give your students the opportunity to learn key attitudes and strategies that will have them take charge of their path. We know that often young people can feel overwhelmed with the choices they have to make, and come to believe that it is all out of their control, and so give up. This short program helps them to see they are the ones at the wheel, the control they have and how to use this power in their lives today.

Career ABCs - Presentation Outline

Give your students the opportunity to dream and see the possibilities when it comes to their future. At the same time build your students awareness of the realities of careers today. How have things changed, what to expect and how to prepare themselves while still holding onto their dreams.

Students will learn what EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS are & how they can start developing them today. What they can be doing now to create opportunities for their career dreams to become real, and set some goals in place to action their ideas TODAY.

These are our set programs, Power Presentations. If you would like a program customised to you and your students needs then just ask us and we will put together a special program for you. We have a large range of topics and activities to choose from that may suit your needs. Different charges apply.

What are the costs?

For the 1 hour version Power Presentation it is $465 (inc GST) if you are in a metro suburb of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Tasmania, or Perth.

Travel costs would need to be added if you are outside those metro areas.

If you are a Local Community Partnership (LCP) or BEN (Business Enterprise Network) or IP (Industry Partnership) that works with a number of schools we have special Power Presentation packages that can ensure all of your schools get the opportunity to have one of our workshops. There are savings to be made.

To organise a Frank Team Power Presentation, what do you need to do?

• Phone or email us with your preferred date and workshop selection.
• Provide a room that has audio visual capacity (data projector, screen & speakers) if possible.
• Provide the students!
• The FRANK Team organises everything else for you. All workshop and presentation material and handouts are supplied by The FRANK Team.

Who are the presenters?

All of our Frank Team facilitators and presenters are young entrepreneurs and enterprising people out there making their ideas a reality right now. They live and breathe the information they deliver, as they are out in the career and business market using this information every day. They are not just trainers, they are role models and inspirations for your students. The FRANK Team facilitators all have training and facilitating experience. They have also been trained by The FRANK Team Director who has over 10 years experience.
