1. Powerful Self Promotion to get you the job you want
Every successful business needs an effective marketing department. The same is true now for the individual in the career market place. In this workshop your students learn the skills & tips of how to promote themselves powerfully, not just in a job interview but everywhere they go. Students are taken through activities that allow them to clarify their Brand Solution, or what makes them unique, and what they bring to an organisation. They will then be shown how to communicate that Brand Solution in different circumstances, from written to verbal to online. This is a powerful workshop for students preparing for graduate interviews, job offers & promotions, or career transitions.

2. Understanding the realities of your potential career
With all of the changes in the career market today, students not only have to deal with looking after their own careers, but also make their way through all of the options now available to them. This workshop will assist students to get clear on their core passions, and identify their current purpose. This sense of focus will then form the basis of strategic career planning, helping students to gain confidence in their decisions and direction. Students will also learn how to manage change and how to get out and create opportunities for themselves in their career. A highly practical workshop perfect for students transitioning in their careers, preparing for graduate recruitment or students lacking focus in their studies.

3. Learning from the Sexes!
Men and women approach business quite differently. Learning how the sexes generally think and act in the business environment is an important skill when navigating your career today. This workshop lets you into the mind of the sexes in different situations, so your students can learn the secrets and strategies to use today. The workshop will also assist students to build their people management skills, across generations and sexes. This workshop is essential for students going into their first full time job, those preparing for graduate positions within large organisations and those wanting to build their knowledge of human resources.

4. Starting a Business / Entrepreneurship
In Australia today there are approximately 170,000 people under the age of 30 currently running their own business. Many more young people want to take charge of their careers by starting their own business, and it is a viable career option. Others want to learn how to channel their entrepreneurial spirit into existing businesses and become the next generation of intrapreneurs. This workshop busts the myths around starting a business young, showing that it is possible. Students will learn how to test their ideas, plan them out and how to crack into a market, either through their own business or within an organisation. A highly inspirational and practical workshop perfect for entrepreneurial students wanting to start now with their ideas.

To organise a Frank Team workshop, what do you need to do?
- Phone or email us with your preferred date and workshop selection.
- Provide a room that has audio visual capacity (data projector, screen & speakers) if possible.
- Provide the students!
- The FRANK Team organises everything else for you. All workshop and presentation material and handouts are supplied by The FRANK Team.
